Technology Work Orders:
We use and maintain a Tech Work Order Help Ticket server.
Server has a database of previous work orders so that we can spot trends, such as same problem occurring on several computers.
Tech Work Order database can be accessed at:
Inside the system:

http://wcboe10:8080/oneorzero/
From Outside the system:
http://168.10.172.10:8080/oneorzero/
Use your network username and password to access the Tech Work Order.
Go to “Help Desk” and “Create a Ticket”
Select Tech Work Order
